EXPEDITER™ Polyimide UID labels excel at high temperature resistance and toughness. Polyimide is a durable synthetic film that resists the high temperatures of printed circuit board manufacturing, as well as harsh fluxes, cleaners, saponifiers and wave soldering environments. It is most often used to label printed circuit boards and electronic components. Kapton® is a polyimide made by DuPont™.

  • Adding a 1 mil Polyimide overlaminate allows certification per MIL-PRF-61002 Grade A, Composition C, Type  1 or 2, Style 1 or 2.
  • 2D Data Matrix barcode per MIL-STD-130 and ECC200 standards
  • Certificate of Compliance with MIL-STD-130 is included
  • Verification and Validation reports per MIL-STD-130 using ISO/IEC 15415, AS9132 or  AIM-DPM-12006.  Sample size varies with quantity or request 100% sample size.
