To create our Stainless Steel UID plates we

  1. Prepare the Stainless Steel surface
  2. Spray-coat CerMark™ over the entire surface and dry it
  3. Laser trace text and barcodes to permanently fuse CerMark™ to the Stainless Steel
  4. Remove excess, un-fused CerMark™ to leave high contrast, high resolution markings

We also offer Acid-Etch and Etch-and-Fill processes for customers whose drawings specify them.
